Welcome everyone to Fallout 4: You Only Live Once!
This is a challenge run where we will attempt to complete Fallout 4 on survival difficulty with absolutely no healing of any kind. Yes, that means any damage received will be a part of the character forever. Cripple a limb, be prepared to limp and sway around the commonwealth. Get caught in a rad storm next to radiation barrels and take half the health bar in radiation? That can never be removed per the ruleset!
This will be a fun run with lots of challenges along the way. It is an ultimate permadeath run and oh am I looking forward to it!

Other Rules:
-No healing by doctor or drugs
-Any addiction incurred stays with you forever
-No guaranteed legendary weapons/gear from quests or shops
-No companions
-Survival difficulty
-Have fun and keep your head on a swivel!

I like to keep my game of Fallout 4 mostly original. However, a mod to track damage is installed as well as a couple other luxury ones. All damage will be shown with no exceptions.
