Defect: Spaceship Destruction Kit - Gameplay ► Returning to "that" mission, I am quickly realizing that this game might just be one of those games that create that nagging irritating need to just keep trying, regardless of how long and difficult the missions are and how many times you have died trying to learn and win each one. It's frustratingly fun!

Join me as we begin our journey into the unknown in spaceships that are crewed by mutinous "defectors" who will, in every mission, find a way to steal our ship. Let's hope that when we face the ship again, that we will be able to exploit any "defects" that we previously intentionally installed.

What is Defect - Spaceship Destruction Kit?

Defect allows the player to build the ultimate ship piece by piece, from the size of a single-pilot fighter to a space station the size of a small moon. Create devastating spacecraft capable of obliterating your foes, but keep in mind that your crew will defect, forcing you to face your own creation in battle. Offering unprecedented freedom of creation, players will build the most powerful ships in the galaxy with an easy to use tile-based building system, the game will feature hundreds of parts across three stylistic themes referencing sci-fi movies and shows from the 50's, 60's and 70's. How do you build the perfect ship to complete your objective, but also build in flaws that can be exploited later when your crew inevitably defects?

History

Early in 2013, after the release of our debut title 'Stunt Star: The Hollywood Years' on iPod, iPhone, iPad and Android, we began work on our next title 'Defect' ; a space ship based game that is a
combination of ship building and action/strategy ship vs ship combat.
