I am Belle, thanks for being here. Today, I go over the public document my mother approved her lawyer to submit as part of her pre-trial statement (over two years ago). It was not only slanderous to my dad but also to me. It painted me a way to ruin my credibility. As the only adult child of the court case, I became a witness twice. Perhaps this document contributed to my testimonies having no affect in the court room. Meanwhile, my siblings were continuously silenced.

This document is easily proven to have perjurious claims, known by both my MOTHER AND HER LAWYER.

It is uncommon for the lawyer to be so involved and close to the case that she herself knows the content she is submitting to the ecr is blatantly FALSE.

The cherry on top? This document was submitted several weeks before I was to be getting married and resulted in her not being invited.

What should I go over next?
-the counseling records of my brother and sister
-how the lawyer has bullied my siblings
-my mother's neglect of approved motions

I could go on and on. I would be willing to stop if the lawyer rescinded herself (and her firm) from the case as this has been antagonizingly inappropriate on a professional and personal level.

The continuation of this causes me to question the sanity of both my mother and her lawyer.
