2014 ford focus cooling fan mega fuse

Описание к видео 2014 ford focus cooling fan mega fuse

My car started overheating. Cooling fan was not turning on and AC stopped working. I checked the cooling fan relay and that was okay. I bypassed the cooling fan module and the relay and hooked up the cooling fan directly to the battery and it turned on so the fan was good. I replaced the cooling fan module and it still didn’t work. In the owners manual it says NOTHING about cooling fan fuse. I did some research and found a cooling fan wiring diagram. I then tested the 50 amp mega fuse and it was bad. Replaced that and it worked! A couple days went by and my car turned off in middle of traffic. My car was stuck in park and I couldn’t even put it in neutral. I tested the 50 amp mega fuse next to the cooling fan fuse, and it was bad. Replaced the fuse which actually controls the BCM (body control module) which is pretty much all the essential functions of the engine. Now my car turns on no problem, but I don’t know if the circuit the BCM is connected to something else might need to be replaced. Moral of the story. Don’t buy ford they suck. Terrible cars.
