It's creamier and nuttier tasting than sour cream and works well in all sorts of recipes - and works equally as well well as a condiment. I personally love it on pizza, chips, or with some hot sauce on meat. Yes - on meat. Oh, and did I mention it's a crucial ingredient for making a delicious flammkuchen?
