In the middle of Jungle in Western Ghats, 4000 Horses wake up to pull the load up the ghats.

One of my favorite livery - Honey color'ed loco or as we call a Imported Yellow WDG4 of Hubballi DLS was waiting for us at the station called Subramanya Road. To our delight the Loco pilots come from the station to wake the loco up. In the middle of the jungle the WDG4 wakes up by making its Trademark start up sounds. It was the best moment of my trip. Probably i would not get anymore opportunity to capture the cranking of Yellow WDG4 since all are getting repainted to standard Blue/green with white livery.
