Mental Health is NOT shameful

Описание к видео Mental Health is NOT shameful

In this video, a fictional scenario is intertwined with a professional information session to underscore the significance of genuine and empathetic conversations about mental health among peers. Mental health issues are prevalent among us all, akin to catching a "cold" at any point in life. Thus, there's no need for fear. What's crucial is cultivating a caring and supportive attitude, just like how we approach those who are physically unwell.

This video is supported by the Behavioral Health team at Asian Services in Action-International Community Health Center (ASIA-ICHC). Our goals are to increase awareness about mental health and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, especially among international communities.

本视频由亚洲民众服务协会旗下国际社区健康中心ASIA-ICHC(亚洲诊所)支持提供,旨在促进国际社区心理健康意识和减少对其的消极印象。
