He currently serves as Executive Manager at Ferman Chevrolet Mazda in Tampa, Florida, where he leads sales, culture, and operational strategy in a highly competitive market.

Career & Automotive Leadership

Brad began his automotive career in 1988, joining a large Chevrolet dealership in Illinois shortly after college. Over the next 25 years, he steadily advanced through roles from top salesperson to sales manager and ultimately general manager — gaining deep expertise in every facet of retail operations along the way.

At Ferman Chevrolet Mazda, Brad’s leadership focuses on setting ambitious performance goals, strengthening dealership culture, and developing high-performing teams. One of his notable strategic initiatives has been pushing toward the goal of selling 900 cars per month, emphasizing personal growth, fundamentals, and team accountability in the process.
