Today, I wanted to entertain you with attempts to pronounce Dwarven names, and show you how to claim a free target dummy. The Precursor isn't the best target dummy in the game, far from it, but it does have its uses. Getting it does require the Clockwork City DLC. If you don't have it and don't want to buy it, get the Precursor during the next ESO plus free trial week.

Unlike many other freebies in ESO, the Precursor can be claimed with all of your characters. In theory, you could have twenty. While one Precursor is easy to shut down, a pack of twenty might prove a real challenge... let me know in the comments if you've tried that!
