David demos a Vintage 1964 Silvertone Silhouette Model 1478

In this episode, David explores the tones of this amazing VINTAGE 1964 Silvertone Silhouette model 1478. This is what's known as a "Catalog Guitar" from Sears and Roebuck. Back before the inter webs were a thing, millions of homes were sent these robust catalogs. If you had $90 in 1964 then this was a guitar that was attainable by pretty much anyone. Not bad considering the price of a new Strat would have been around $300. This is a very original and desirable instrument. A must see!
