The ever charismatic and Zen like Jospeh is a New Zealander living in Ireland. Joseph is a Neuromuscular therapist, with over ten years experience in private practice using advanced trigger point release techniques, supported by cupping and dry needling. During a sabbatical in India his interest in yoga grew and now he facilitates myofascial release workshops and trains yoga teachers in anatomy. Joseph also has an interest in traditional medicine, men’s work and the power of group circles.
