At Arthesdam Jewellery, we are committed to provide a safe and happy shopping environment for everyone. Today, we will give you a glimpse into our daily standard operations.

Every morning before the shop opens, Arthesdam Jewellery sanitizes the entire shop. This includes mopping the floor, cleaning countertops with sanitizing spray as well as sterilizing all our jewellery with UV lamp sterilizers.

We also conduct daily temperature taking exercises twice a day for all our staff, which is recorded in a logbook. The temperature taking also applies to all customers before they are allowed to enter the store. If the customer temperature is below 37.5°C, customers will then be asked to do their Safe-Entry and sanitizing of hands before being invited into the shop.

Arthesdam Jewellery has sanitizers (with NEA approved active ingredients known to be effective against 99.9% germs, including coronaviruses) storewide for both customers and staff to use throughout the day, as well as multiple floor stickers inside and outside of the store to remind staff and customers to adhere to safe distancing.

After every serving of each customer, our staff sanitizes carefully each jewellery piece and countertops that came into contact with any person.

At the end of the working day, all our jewellery are sterilized again with the UV lamp sterilizers.
