This was sitting on my desk all winter and was an experiment to create a 'chunky core'.

With a bit of filing you can make a FT140-43 fit inside a FT240-43. I think it works on two, maybe three bands. Without end-to-end testing the loss with two sets of transformers though, the SWR curves do not say much.

Maybe stacking two of those contraptions on top though... 🤔🤪

Now that i recycled this failed attempt into a video, I can move on to something else.
