Hi Youtube! Profilo is back!
I found two old Aprimatic (ITA) hydraulic garage door actuators. I need them in a future DIY project (I'm going to install them on my garage' doors, more news in the next weeks).
I disassembled the actuators to clean all the internal parts form oil residuals, then I changed the oil cylinder sealings. I refilled everything, then I used a 8mf capacitor to power the motor and test the actuator. It goes backword and forward correctly, with good force. I think it will work well on my garage doors.
