99% uploaded because I wanted to show my sister the werewolf like creatures in this area... But also uploading because I spent an ungodly amount of time trying to throw spears at hoards of enemies until I figured this out.

So the achievement is for damaging enemies, not necessarily killing them. Basically, walk around with no thorn armor or minions until you've gathered enough enemies, then throw Bone Spear in every direction with the Teeth rune. It travels through enemies and has multiple projectiles. Still slightly embarrassed at how long it took of me to put two and two together.
