Engineers Analyze Running | Where the Data Meets the Road

Описание к видео Engineers Analyze Running | Where the Data Meets the Road

In this video, Steve and Rob analyze vibration data gathered by Rob in a recent charity road race hosted at the local Lord Hobo Brewery. The data is obtained by an enDAQ sensor mounted to Rob's center of mass.

Together, in Python, they go through the vibration data to analyze and calculate Rob's running pace over time and how much motion his body goes through with each step. They also use the pressure data to determine the elevation change of the run and then relate that back to his pace.

As you can see, Steve and Rob had a lot of fun analyzing this data together and they hope you enjoy learning how to apply some of these analysis methods to your data!
