How to do a Soil Test

Do you want the BEST LAWN on the Block? It all starts with a soil test.

There is NO magic fertilizer that will make your lawn perfect but by testing your soil, you will know exactly what nutrients your lawn needs or doesn’t need. The last thing we want to do is blindly throw down fertilizers because we can be doing more harm than good.

A major factor when it comes to having an ugly lawn are unbalanced PH levels. By doing a soil test you will determine if you have high ph, low ph or optimal ph levels and will be able to put a plan in place to correct if needed. If your Ph levels are unbalanced if can negatively affect how your lawn absorbs nutrients.

Based on the findings we receive from our soil testing, we will have a solid game plan this season for what nutrients and/or PH amendments we can apply in order to get that nice green lawn we all strive for.
