BEST Chicken Coop & Run Tour

Let’s take a tour of the chicken coop and run that my husband built. We did not use any building plans. He just thought through it as he built it, but he says he’s not good at carpentry! 🔨 We used plywood, pressure-treated lumber, and hardware cloth. Almost everything is painted, and we used a special type of paint on the plywood underneath the deep bedding area to protect the wood from moisture. Our deep bedding is hemp. Straw seems to attract bugs.
