* Please note: I doubled all of these recipes to make enough to freeze! Also, I altered a few of these recipes based on what I had on had (i.e. no beet for color, omitted oil, added garlic powder in lieu of garlic, etc.). If you are new to setian, I recommend following the recipes as written until you're more comfortable to swap ingredients in and out. Also please note, the nutritional information at the end reflects these recipe alterations, as I input the ingredient quantities into Cronometer based on what I used.
