A few of us travelled to visit the Fluidity Freerun Academy in Wales at the weekend, despite a car crash and torrential rain it turned out to be a great Parkour gym and a sound weekend! Special thanks to Jack Newman for just about driving us, and Jake Smith for letting us stay in his cotch house and play games.
