Ingredients:

1large ox tongue - cleaned
2 cups Oil for frying
For sangkutsa:
Bay leaf 2pcs
Oregano
Garlic minced
Vinegar 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Enough water

For sauteeing:
1 whole garlic crushed
2 medium size minced onion
11/2 tbsp tomato paste
2tbsp seasoning
Calamansi 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
