From comparison of this set vs an old recording using the Cambridge Audio Evo 150, this set is meatier with more airiness. The Class D sound is clinically more tactile but when hearing the breath of the singer, this set takes a W for Class A. Comparison of the Dac, the AKM Flagship dac implementation really has good refinement in the singer voice with also separation and much more tonal midrange comparing to the EVO 150 ESS Sabre Dac.
