How-To Flush Brake Fluid on a Nissan Frontier and Xterra

The video is a how-to on flushing and replacing the brake fluid on a Nissan Frontier. In this video, I'm going to show you how to flush the brake fluid on your Nissan Frontier. Flushing the brake fluid is a simple procedure that you can do yourself. To make the process go faster it does require some special tools, and it's a good idea to do when there is corrosion detected in the fluid. I am using a oil/fluid extractor to help vacuum all the fluid through the system. I also show how a pressure system process would work and also the two-person system to flush fluid as well.

The test strips that I am using are for brake fluid and coolant test strip. The test is for copper in the fluid which is caused with moisture in the lines breaking down the copper from the walls of the brake lines. The brake lines are walled with copper to protect the steel brake lines from corrosion.
