Heat shrunk Tesa PP 4024 packing tape covered 6063 welded aluminium frame, PLA printed centre section. Light weight laser cut plywood leading edge wing ribs. TOW 12 kg, flight time ca 25 min. Power consumption in hover with current setup: 900W. 12"x12" propellers. Aerodynamic gearing: around 3.7. 3.3Kg (3x1.1kg) thrust lateral at wingtips at the flight speed 60 rpm (approx.16m/s tip speed) gives around 12kg trust vertically. Flight controller KK2.15HC set up as a + hexacopter. Wings ready to fly weighs 2kg each and the centre body with landing skid around 6kg.
40 -60 degrees pre-set FC-servo signal out to compensate for phase lag/gyroscopic precession.
