INDODANA

'Indodana' is a profoundly emotive African folk song in isiXhosa that delves into mourning and sacrifice associated with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The piece masterfully captures grief and mourning through wordless expressions such as "Hololo" and "helele," as well as the deeply resonant "Zjem zjem zja".
