In the World of Warcraft The War Within Prepatch there are several options for World of Warcraft: The War Within players to do to gear up including getting a 515 item level piece of gear by using a currency called the token of merit. Players planning on heading into the war within should use this token to get a High item Level weapon before going to the war within content.
