The water ring plastic pelletizing line is a highly efficient and reliable system for producing plastic pellets from molten plastic resins. The water ring pelletizer works on the principle of centrifugal force and water cooling. Molten plastic is extruded through a die plate, forming strands. The water in the chamber cools the pellets rapidly, solidifying them before they go into the dehydrator machine.
This water ring plastic pelletizing line typically consists of the following units:

7, dehydrator: centrifugal dehydrator is hided under the vibration sieve, dewatering the pellets and transfer the pellets.
8, cyclone system: transfer and storage the pellets in a cyclone silo.
9, control system: for centralized control the working of the whole water ring plastic pelltizing line.
The video shows a single stage plastic pelletizing line with water ring pelletizing for making the plastic pellets from squeezed PE film, but this plastic pelletizer machine can be also used for PE flakes and scraps, it has 500kg/h output.
