Function Introduction
ARRIIVAL is allowing users to top up the delivery credit instead of using debit/credit card to make the payment. ARRIIVAL is capable of tracking the status of the user’s parcels at anytime and anywhere via real-time GPS tracking system. In order to mark down 0% miss delivery problem, OTP verification code will be sent via SMS notification and therefore match the consistency code before hand over the parcels.

How it works
1) Make registration and login to your ARRIIVAL account
2) Input the personal information of sender and receiver
3) Input the type of parcels, its weight, its volume and the tips given (according to your satisfaction with our delivery service)
4) Make payment and submit the completion of order placed
5) Once done, wait for Delivery Angels to receive the parcels from you!
