These played before a rerun of the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episode "Daisy-Bo-Peep" that aired sometime in March of 2009. The date on the recording is 3/18/2009, but I believe this was recorded onto a Dish Network DVR before it was put onto a DVD so I'm not sure if that's the actual day this aired or not.
