Aeroflot Flight 593, an Airbus A310 was a flight between Moscow and Hong Kong on March 23, 1994 with 75 passengers and crew on board.

The Crash:
The pilot of the flight was taking his children on board for their first international flight, and he brought them into the cockpit while he was on duty. Against regulations, he let his daughter sit in the pilot seat and let her play with the controls with the autopilot connected to give her the impression that she was flying the aircraft when she had no real control over it. His son, who took his turn next however applied enough force to the control column that the computer switched the aileron controls to manual. This caused the plane to bank heavily to the right, almost to a 90 degree angle. The extreme g-forces made it difficult for the pilots to regain control. The autopilot then pitched the nose up and increased thrust which caused the plane to stall and then entered a nose dive. The pilots managed to gain control, however they accidentally pulled the plane into another stall. The plane corkscrew dived to its death and crashed. All 75 people on board died.
