Today we prepare our mind to go into flow state.

What the flow state means, is that when doing a certain task you want to be very focused to the point where there is not much thought going into place you are just "being". When you are in flow state all work, and activities happen so naturally that you will notice it is much more efficient and productive when it happens.

Adding a morning routine helps very much to prepare your mind and body to bring it all together

-Cold Shower
-Meditate
-Read
-Exercise
Morning Nutrition
Plan night before
