Anne's Himalayan challenge SD

I've set myself a challenge after undergoing spinal surgery this year - a gruelling two week trek across the Indian Himalayas at altitude - to raise money for Embrace Child Victims of Crime. Embrace supports young victims of serious crime and their families. Sexual assault (and exploitation), domestic abuse and child neglect are the most common reasons for referral. We are the only UK-wide charity that is solely focused on supporting children and young people whose lives have been shattered by crime. We seek to provide whatever they most need to cope and recover, be it emotional or practical support.
