"Season 8" Formula E® 2022 New York City e-Prix
.
Unlock Date: Thursday, 07 July 2022, zero hours UTC / GMT
Duration (to earn the car after starting the event): 5 days
.
Events are available to start from the day they unlock until the end of the Round.
If you start the Event on the last day of the Round/update, it will carry over to the next Round/update (according to the Event duration).
.
Required PR (depending on the chosen car): 65,2 - 65,4
That is ~8,1 PR on top of the car base PR.
.
We will have to maximize the 2022 New York (High Grip) Tuning Setup, costing (M$ 2.687.100*-250.000) M$ 2.437.100.
I need confirmation on Power Unit Level 7 cost, I'm assuming M$ 226.000 but I believe it may be cheaper.
NO Gold is needed and there is a 50 Gold reward, so this is a Gold positive Event 😉
.
You may opt to maximize the Driver (costing 559 Gold) and, in this case, you only need 5455, costing (M$ 1.372.800 - 250.000) M$ 1.122.800.
You "save" M$ (2.687.100 - 1.372.800) 1.314.300.
.
You can use this M$ saving to Train the Driver (instead of spending several hours collecting XP) 😉
To get the 100.000 Driver XP from Training you need M$ 1.440.000.
.
Rewards: Player choice of any "Season 8" Formula E car, M$ 250.000, 50 Gold, 6.500 VP, the "2022 Formula E High-Grip" Tuning Setup and unlocks "Season 8 (2021-22)" in the MotorSports Formula E Group.

Cars: Any "Season 8" Formula E car
Rewards: 72 Gold and M$ 72.000
Location: MotorSports / Formula E
Unlocks from: Own any car in this Series or reach Player Level 20
Maximum Required PR: 66.9
.
The Season has a Required PR of 66,9, so you will need PR 9,6 – 9,8 on top of the car base PR (depending on the chosen car), meaning you will need ~ 1,37 – 1,57 PR from Driver and/or Team Principal levels (besides a maxed 2022 Berlin Tuning Setup).
.
This is "Season 8" cheapest Gold configuration, using a maxed 2022 Berlin (High-Speed) Tuning Setup:
.
-Group 1 cars (PR 57,1) require:
-a level 3 Driver (52 Gold) + a level 6 Team Principal (51 Gold), for a total of 103 Gold.
.
-Group 2 cars (PR 57,2) and Group 3 cars (PR 57,3) require:
-a level 3 Driver (52 Gold) + a level 5 Team Principal (36 Gold), for a total of 98 Gold.
.
A level 8 (maxed) Driver (559 Gold) exceeds the Required PR, so no Team Principal level is needed
A level 6 Driver (248 Gold) is (more than) enough to get the required PR.
