After a long training block, it's nice to get back out for an easier paced spin on the road bike. The new bike has been so good to ride so I thought I'd explain a little bit about why I decided to go for an aero bike for this upgrade.

Going to be posting more as we go into the winter period so let me know any tips for winter riding!
