The Cramps briefly featured on the program 'Night after Night' in 1992. While we're lucky someone managed to save the interview, unfortunately the beginning of it wasn't captured. still though, some good footage!
In the original uploads description, they mention it's circa 1990. i did some digging to try to pin point the year and found that the upcoming concert dates shown on screen took place in 1992. It looks like the CD for 'Look Mom No Head' is on the Hosts desk, that was released in late 1991, so with those two i feel safe in saying it's 1992.

Didn't do much in the editing for this one compared to the original upload, i removed a small amount of excess footage at the end that wasn't related to the band and raised the audio a smidge.
