In this video, I explained how you can use Microsoft Power Automate to send scheduled email. In the demo, I used the instant flow to demonstrate this, while walking you through how to schedule the same flow for repeated email tasks.
I used Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft One Drive for Business as the file attachment repository. However, file attachments can also be stored in SharePoint folders.

How to send an email with multiple attachments using power automate: If you want to attach multiple files to this email, repeat Step 1 (upload the file to one drive) and Step 2 (Get file content) before step 3 (Send an email), and do not forget to Add ALL the attachments that were brought into the Get File actions from One Drive when adding attachments in the Email advanced parameters.
