Stonecutter can now be crafted using 3 stone and 1 iron ingot
Crafting system for stone-related blocks
Makes Stairs (1:1), slabs, bricks and walls
From cobblestone, all types of stone and polished stone, sandstone, brick and nether bricks, quartz, all types of prismarine, end stone and end stone bricks and mossy variants
Sound effect added for crafting blocks with stonecutter
Fixed pushing level 7 composts making them unable to compost their contents
Fixed clicking recipes in Blast Furnaces and Smokers deleting the output
Fixed clicking recipes in blast furnaces and smokers returning fuel to inventory and resetting cook progress
Fixed locking maps duplicating them
Fixed taking books from lecterns while having a full inventory deleting the book
Fixed unlit campfires still hurting players that stand on them
Fixed campfires dealing damage to entities that are not touching them
Fixed replacing lava with campfire creating unlit campfire
Fixed scaffolding not showing on maps

Worlds:
New progress message: "Upgrading structure data"
Fixed "progress.working" showing when entering worlds
Updated farm structures in all village types now include composters
Updated armorer, butcher and cartographer houses in taiga villages
Added a medium house variety and two camp fire decorations to taiga villages
A new "zombie desert village" varity added
A new "zombie taiga village" varity added

Visuals:
Fixed lightning not appearing
Fixed the hat layer on player heads being offset
Fixed the unlit campfire texture partially missing

Commands:
Fixed /summon with wrong entity IDs summoning pigs
Fixed "Invalid book tag" not being translatable
Fixed commands using @e[type=] on chat having broken autofilling
Custom recipes for stonecutter with type "stonecutting"

Performance & stability:
Improved collision code (read: performance improvements)

New Bugs:
When touching any block, you cannot jump.
