Smt Tejaswini Ananth Kumar is the Chairman and co-founder of Adamya Chetana Foundation, and the Karnataka state Vice-President for BJP.

It was setup in 1998 in memory of Girija Shastry, mother of Ananth Kumar. It supports underprivileged children with food in schools through the mid-day meals programme. About 2,00,000 meals are served daily.
