First apply base coat to protect your natural nails.
Paint one of your nails with clear polish and don't let it dry.
Paint dark blue dots over the wet nail tip.
With a needle shape the flowers.
Finish the design with tiny white dots by using toothpick.
Apply top coat to protect your manicure from peeling and to keep it shiny and glossy.
