PERSONAL NOTES: I forgot to add some things in the vid, but basically it was seen that newjeans have also submitted evidence but also so has ador, so were just waiting for the court trial and the media to report on what happens. Also there is a part i say like newjeans brought this case up, i dont mean like they filed it but they kind of brought this upon themselves, i think i phrased it a bit weird. Anyways with that clarified i have a camp trip coming up next weekend, so yea no vids for 3 days, and then i have exams so uploading will definitely be less but i will still try my hardest. Also i wanted to address that i made a error, but newjeans would have to pay for this entire trial if they broke the courts ruling, not from now on. Also it stated that if they broke the courts ruling from when the injunction was placed, so i guess what i said was true to some extent cause they did preform under njz and their new song, also maybe its just me but in document it states, ' If the debtors violate the obligations in Paragraph 1 from the date of receipt of this decision', so does this mean from the date they set a fine, or from the injunction set date?! im so confused but it said from paragraph 1, which was literally about ador's injunction. So they will have to pay the legal fees, but for now im going to say its not true. Also it i got any information wrong pls let me know in the comments down below with evidence pls💕
