Take Easy is an Italian Blonde Ale, it was an easy beer for me to review. There wasn’t much depth to the beer and it was just a very simple beer.

Take Easy is a classic lager beer produced in Italy using locally grown yeast, which has a bottom-fermenting tendency.
Take Easy uses pure water that is sourced from the Alps, the water is combined with selected barley malt, corn, and German hops.
Corn gives the beer the lightness, the dry taste and a small hint of sweetness, these are all balanced out by the bitterness of the hops.
I really don’t know much else about this beer – I found it at my local Cost Plus World Market and it looked like a fun beer to try.
