preparation:
200 grams of Chicken breast
2 large potatoes
1 medium onion
1 clove of garlic
1 medium carrot
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 to 2 handfuls of fresh parsley
Half a lemon
1 liter of water
Spices: salt, pepper, turmeric
