Farewell to J.J Richards & Sons in Logan City Council

As many of you know Logan City Council current contractor is J.J.Richards until tmr ( 1st of July 2021) when Clean away become the contractors again. Obviously i am very sad as long with multiply other people as i love JJ’s Iveco trucks as there are very few which are still around to this day. In this video is just dedicated to JJ’s trucks in Logan. These are all the trucks i have filmed of this contract and i put it into one video.

Over the years I’ve been told that previously in 2004 cleanaway won the contract although Logan didn’t except it for many different reasons at the time so the bid was up and JJ’s won. Back the Cleanaway just started new trucks and JJ’s used them with new labels etc. but for cleanaway its a bit like a redemption time on Logan and JJ’s.

Tmr is also the third year of our Brisbane suez trucks
