I WANTED to buy Two Traditional Akiya houses in a Japanese Countryside town - Houses under 10K USD

I visited a small town in Toyama prefecture called Kamiichi with the intention of buying one of these two traditional houses. I didn't (you will find out why in the video). However to my surprise, the local agent is okay with buyers from overseas. If you are interested in one of the two houses please send an email to me first at [email protected]. I do plan to put up the property pages of these two houses on the KORYOYA site as well. Please note that as these two properties are listed for very cheap they could be sold any time. Both are less than 10 mins walk from Kamiichi train station by the way.
