Here are the Changes I found so far for the new Beta Build 15544.

So what do we see here?

1) Stormstrike
Fix: Stormstrike Mana cost has been reduced,
Fix: Stormstrike and Lava Lash both proc Primal Wisdom now (report bugs!)
Bug: Stormstrike and Lava Lash both proc Flame Tongue but Stormstrike does not Proc Windfury

2) Echo of the Elements
Echo of the Elements and Chain Lightning, so much whine about its proc rate but here 4 procs in a row ... and that is roughly the same as Fire Nova ... don't think there is another option for AoE heavy fights. Just wish it was tuned a bit more towards enhancement, since the other 2 Talents of the tier clearly favorite Elemental/Resto.

3) Healing
Healing Surge, Healing Rain (Glyphed)
Healing Stream Totem, Healing tide Totem
If Healing stays like this I'll be super happy, but I have my doubts :D

4) Feral Spirit - Spirit Bite

Don't forget the BETA is in an early stage and Shamans are not even done, with their first pass, yet ... So comments about damage, healing are pretty much useless at this time.
Till then take this video as it is, a short demonstration of some abilities as they are currently in the beta.
