The last big Star Wars trilogy had different writers and conflicting plans for where the story was going. For me this brief little nugget about Simon having learned that the writing comes more organic if you know where that final chapter of yours will end up, is a really positive statement for the future of Star Wars.

It's also something ALL writers should know already and extremely odd that the last trilogy didn't plan ahead like that... Anyways, Kinberg was one of the creators of Star Wars: Rebels too, so that is reason for hope as well!
