1/. Terry HOLLANDS: Britain's Strongest Man Winner who came 3rd twice at World's Strongest Man (2007 and 2011).

'Big Tel' then made did a then record 9 WSM Finals in-a-row and since turning 40 he became a Bodybuilder (shedding over 60 kilos) and has also won the Masters Over 40s WSM title.
NOTE - Terry is also world class at hiccupping - as you will soon see!

2/. Adam BISHOP: 2 x Britain's Strongest Man Winner who has made three 'World's Strongest Man' finals. 'Bish' has finished 3rd at the 2018 World Tour Finals and 2nd at Europe's Strongest Man in 2020.

Prior to full-time Strongman, Adam was a pro rugby player and subsequently moved to working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Harlequins RFC. He is now a full time strongman and the reigning Britain's Strongest Man
