SCAM? NEW RAY model scale

scam? NEW RAY model scale 1:50 VOLVO excavator ec140e unboxing

I bought (on amazon.co.uk) in March 2020 model of this nice looking excavator from NEW RAY manufacturer. Its saying scale 1:50.... if i compared real datasheet with sizes and size of this model, in video you can see difference..... its sad because its not toy for 5€, regular price is arround 20€ :(
Also in video you can see comparsion to CARARAMA SCANIA truck in 1:50 and tactor from SIKu in scale 1:50
