Saw a video yesterday incorrectly explaining what the Season 4 blooddrinker buff does. It does not "add 5% lifesteal" to something that was only 7% or 10%. That would be extremely strong. It works in the same manner as divine, take your lifestealing number multiplied by 1.05 or 1.15 if you have divine on your amulet
