🕊️🕊️ These fragrant white flowers are rare now, but if you find them, don’t miss the chance to make this simple, nostalgic, and flavorful monsoon snack. Perfect with a hot cup of chai on a rainy day!

🍯 Ingredients:
For the Marinade:
100g August Flowers (Hummingbird Tree)
Besan, paprika, garam masala, carom seeds, turmeric powder, and salt
Oil for deep-fry

👩‍🍳 Quick Steps:
1️⃣ In a bowl, add besan, paprika, garam masala, turmeric powder, carom seeds, and salt.
2️⃣ Make a batter by adding a little water.
3️⃣ Dip the flowers into the batter for a thick coating.
4️⃣ Deep-fry the besan coated flowers.
5️⃣ Enjoy with green chutney.
